" A lovely quaint property awaits you! Modern throughout, however there is still loads more potential. There has been the addition of a new bathroom and kitchen over the past five years but with a little bit more vision it could be improved further and this is how. The ground floor currently has one reception room which leads directly to the kitchen and you should be able to extend making the downstairs an open plan modern heaven subject to the right planning consents. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both in nice condition. A bathroom can also be found on the upper level. Outside is a quaint rear garden which has access to an outbuilding, formerly known as the garage. The rear access is still there should you require this. The current owners have decided to block it up. On the front one car can be parked. This is a commuters belt, so be aware when leaving you may find it difficult getting your own runway on the pavement because the station is only about three quarters of a mile away. Also, next to the station are many local shops, so if you need a pint of milk or loaf of bread on the way home you can get them easily with little bother at all.

What the Owner says:

We moved in around five years ago now. We viewed many but this one had the right feeling and the edge on the others. The station was a big attraction for us because it takes us just over ten minutes to get to it. Over the past years we have installed a new kitchen and bathroom to our taste and they really are in good condition. From start to finish the property is in great order and we are only moving now as we want a larger home so that we can start a family. We think this would ideally suit the first time buyer, as we were at the time of buying, as it has everything close at hand.
