" What a great chance this is. A house which can be extended, subject to the right planning consent to do so, giving you a superb chance to put your own mark on.Imagine having a 20ft lounge and a brand new kitchen/diner to the rear, all shiney new. However, if money is tight then why not just replace the current kitchen with a new one and extend at a later stage?I believe this would be perfect for the commuter because is it near Barnehurst station, it has got fantastic links for the M25, so Lakeside beware, and it also has a bus stop virtually outside which is great for when you are going into Erith Town Centre or even towards Bexleyheath.Inside you will find a lounge which is close to kitchen so wonderful if you are entertaining as you are always close to hand to your guests. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with the 2nd room having pleasant views to the rear and also a bathroom. You can park 1 car at the front and your very own driveway. If you need more storage or space then how about a 17ft x 13ft garage which is at the rear of this property, it would be ideal to put your utilities in, or even a great place to hide those kiddies presents before santa delivers them.

What the Owner says:

We bought this around 4 year ago and love it here but we have to move due to relocation of work. We love the road because it is central to almost everything, from the station to schools and buses to shops. If you need the station it is only 10 minutes walk away, so great for commuters. The garden is very child friendly and is south facing, so we get the sun all day long, but remember to apply the cream, because we don't want you getting burnt now.
