" As far as areas go they do not come any more sought after than this, so those 3 key words spring to mind, location, location, location.This is a great 3 bedroom detached bungalow which is in one of Barnehursts most premier roads. A thousand or so footsteps will get you on your way to London via Barnehurst station and there are also excellent bus routes very close by. A pint of milk and a loaf of bread are also very close by, as you are sandwich in between 2 different rows of shops.Inside is a spacious 21ft lounge which can hold large furniture in it and even a dining table. There are 3 separate bedrooms and all are very well proportioned. The bathroom has been turned into a wet room, so it is disabled friendly. However, it could be put back into its former glory with little difficulty.The kitchen is to the rear of the property, along with a lean-to which is a perfect room to warm yourself up in, because it is a sun trap. There is a private garden at the back and has been well kept over the years, but still enough room for you Charlie Dimocks to put your mark on and make an impression.Parking will never be an issue because there is a large driveway which can hold a few cars on and with access to a garage which is on the side.
