The station at Bexleyheath is not to far away as it is within 3 quarters of a mile radius which is a nice distance to walk as it will also keep you healthy to and from there. The lease is what we call in this industry 'delightful' because with over 900 years left on it there is no chance of anyone in this lifetime outliving it and having to pay hefty renewal charges.
