" If you re looking for a well presented family home in a sought after part of Bexleyheath then look no further! This Victorian semi detached home is situated on the ever popular South Side of Bexleyheath within access to Townley Grammar School, Danson Park, Bexleyheath Shopping Centre and Bexleyheath Train Station.

On entering this residence you will notice this home has double glazing and is warmed by gas central heating. You will be welcomed by an entrance hall for all those muddy shoes, there are two impressive reception rooms with the lounge having the original coving a ceiling rose but both rooms are modern in design and are light and airy. The kitchen is an ideal cooking area for any budding cooks along with a built-in oven and hob to help you on your way. There is a ground floor bathroom which has an additional shower cubicle and to the first floor there are three bedrooms.

Externally there is a well-tended 100ft rear garden and if you have a car there is off street parking to the front.

After 16 years of living in our wonderful house we have decided to move due to our expanding gardening business we run from home. We moved in and straight away started work to improve the property with a new damp proof course, new windows and doors, new kitchen and bathroom and since then have decorated the house a few times with all the rooms being repainted within the last 3 years. We love our original features, large kitchen and beautiful garden. Our downstairs bathroom has been a real advantage as we never disturb the sleepers when getting up early for work or relaxing in the bath with music in the evenings.

We moved here to be only 10 minutes away from the station, but then after having our child, realised on the south side of Bexleyheath we were set in the middle of an abundance of fantastic primary and secondary schools. We are close enough to the shops to walk and have an excellent selection of daytime and evening entertainment within easy reac

Bexleyheath is a town within the heart of the London borough of Bexley. With great transport links, whether from the A2 or M25 main road, or via Bexleyheath Train Station, this is a very popular spot for the everyday commuters. A few key landmarks are scattered around the town, so if you have a keen eye for history, or pretty sights, the ?Bexleyheath Clock Tower? within The Broadway or ?Danson Park? could be your first stops.
