" Unique, one simple word, unique.Built around 10 year ago is this modern 3 bedroom detached chalet style home which I believe would suit those looking for exclusivity and quietness. Why you may ask? Because it is situated in a tree lined lane which is a no through road, so therefore would be ideal if you are looking to get away from it all after a hard days work.If schooling tops the agenda for your property search then may I recommend a few for you. Arguably Townley Grammar School for Girls is one of Kents finest, so you better get your daughter revising now. How about Beths School for Boys which is a little further, however just a short bike ride for the youngsters.Inside on the lower level it has 2 reception rooms where I believe the dining room would be great at Christmas, a conservatory, a kitchen and bedroom 1 which has its own very own en-suite shower room. So no more waiting for those lazy bath soakers upstairs. On the first floor are 2 separate bedrooms, both with wonderful views and a separate bathroom. Outside there is a south facing garden.

What the Owner says:

We bought this about 10 years ago and before even entering we knew we wanted it. We were always in the area but wanted something a little closer to the shopping centre and in a quiet cul de sac. We got both with this. 5 minutes to the shops and no passing traffic at all, except for neighbours going to and from work. It is simply unique here. The look of it and the location. We love new builds because there is nothing to do and we have maintained it to a high standard. Bedrooms upstairs for the kids and 1 downstairs for us with an en-suite. Perfect!
