" The size of every room gives the property that light and a spacious feel throughout that really makes it a good family home.This beautiful home has been updated by the current owner recently and is completely modern throughout. The maisonette has its own entrance and encompasses the entire first floor. It has a modern fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom suite and a very generous lounge.Each room has a nice open feel with all the bedrooms being double rooms and ample natural light coming through to the hallway and landing. The property also has a garage with driveway and the sole us of a private garden.The home is located in the heart of this popular village and is surrounded by fields, also great views across Sutton at Hone. Sutton at Hone is popular for its convenient access for commuters to the mainline station at Farningham Road which is approx ½ mile away or a short walk for most people.In addition Sutton at Hone has a renowned Primary School and offers excellent access to Dartford and Wilmington, both of which have, in our opinion, excellent Secondary/Grammar Schools.

"I have lived in Sutton at Hone all my life and in this maisonette for 10 years. We are sorry to be leaving here but with our expanding family, it is sadly time to move on. We are close to all the amenities including shop, school, library, bus stop and train station. We are a 10 minute drive from Bluewater and Dartford. There are also many a lovely country walks to be had if so inclined. All in all, this is a well-situated maisonette and we hope whoever is here next loves it as much as we have done."
