" Have you noticed that bungalows seem to be in very short supply locally? We have, and as such it is with great pleasure that we can introduce this lovely 2 bed bungalow in Sutton at Hone.It has been really well looked after by its current owners and has lots of attractive features. Firstly the parking is excellent as there is a driveway for 2 cars and a detached garage, also the road is quiet so even when visitors come there should be no issues finding somewhere for the car.Internally the bungalow is really well presented with a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom and nice decor throughout. There is also a large conservatory to the rear and this is a fantastic addition as a it provides an additional sitting room and could even be utilised as a separate dining room.The garden is well maintained and is not overlooked and this was a major factor in the in the current owners decision to buy this property and the crucial factor in their decision was the location. It is on the doorstep of Farningham Road train station and as equally important Sutton at Hone primary school is within walking distance (0.2 miles)

This has been a really lovely place to live, and surprisingly i was not specifically looking for a bungalow. However when i viewed this property i immediately fell in love with the location and the bungalow itself. I wanted good access to Sutton at Hone school and the bungalow is only a 5 minute walk away, plus if you need to commute Farningham Road train station is a similar distance. It is a lovely area and it has the best of both worlds because it has the feel of being semi rural yet everything is so close, for example Dartford town centre is only a 10 minute drive and so is Bluewater and access to the motorway.
