Horton Kirby, which is situated approximately 2 miles north of Eynsford, has its own primary school with senior schools in Dartford, Wilmington and Sevenoaks which are serviced by buses from the local area. The village is conveniently placed for Farningham Road railway station and the M20/M25 motorway network giving good rail and road links to London and the south coast.
