The garden around you is beautifully presented and to the end of the garden the River Darent flows slowly by.You could choose to just sit and relax in the sun trap that is the garden or you could choose to get involved with river life and try some fishing from the comfort of your own section of the river.Sounds too good to be true! It definitely sounds too good to be afordable.........! Well, believe it or not a property with these facilities exists and it is available For Sale at an amazing price.The current owner has improved the house itself throughout and has created a welcoming and stylish house which has 1 bedroom, an open plan living room/kitchen and as mentioned an amazing landscaped garden.There is private parking and the house is in the pretty semi rural location of South Darenth.Farningham Road train station is round the corner and access for the motorway network is also within a reasonable distance.

When i was looking to buy a house I needed something within a short walk to a main line railway station. I chose Kingfisher Place because it is only a 10 minutes walk to the station and because of its semi rural location. I was originally looking for a flat but this house was cheaper than a lot of flats and is freehold and has a garden. Within minutes of leaving the front door there is lovely walks along the river and through hop and lavender fields in the summer. The other big reason why i bought this property was because of the river at the end of the garden which makes this property very unique. The garden is a sun trap and it is great to sit by the river with a glass or wine or two.
