" A detached spacious four bedroom house which has recently been refurbished throughout and enjoys beautiful far-reaching views. Downstairs there is a sitting room with a brick fireplace and a bay window. The stylish kitchen is fitted with modern white cupboards and granite work surfaces, with integrated appliances including a double oven, hob and dishwasher. The kitchen is open plan to a family room with beautiful wooden flooring which has double doors onto the patio and views of the garden beyond. There is a separate utility room with space for a washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the garden. There is a study or second reception room which has access to the garage from the house. Upstairs there are four neutrally decorated double bedrooms which all enjoy views of the garden and surrounding countryside. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. The family bathroom is fitted with a white suite and has a separate shower. Outside the large rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with a patio outside the house and extends to approximately two-thirds of an acre.
