" This three bedroom semi detached property was built approximately 10 years ago and is located in the heart of the village of Eynsford. Accommodation comprises of an airy lounge with French doors leading on to the patio, a downstairs cloakroom and a kitchen/breakfast room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom which has stunning views over the garden and beyond and a family bathroom. Outside there is a block paved driveway with hard standing for two cars and the rear garden has a patio area, the garden has been carefully designed and landscaped and set over two levels with a variety of trees and scrubs with attractive steps leading to a decked area providing a perfect setting for outdoor eating with views over the village, the church and the valley beyond. The property is within reasonable access of the M20 and M25 motorway links to London and the south coast and Eynsford railway station is also located a short distance away providing rail links to London and the south coast as well.

When first purchasing Saddlers Hall I was looking for a large kitchen/breakfast room but this was not apparent in this house, so I applied for planning to convert the garage and extend, which was granted so now I have a kitchen and breakfast room to be proud of.
Also the garden has been thoughtfully done, landscaped over three tiers giving an eating area at the rear overlooking Eynsford and beyond, we are able to entertain here and in a stunning setting.
