" When the current owners bought this house over 25 years ago, it was nothing more than a small cottage. Over the years they have drastically extended and improved it to make it the outstanding family home that it is today. Space is a plenty in 'Leslie Cottage,' from the large wood panelled entrance hall which leads onto the fantastic 20' x 15' kitchen/breakfast room, a real heart to the home with its sliding patio doors to the sunny rear garden. The central spiral staircase adds a fantastic feature to this house, making a lovely split-level home. So what rooms can the family enjoy? Well there is the large lounge at the front - a quiet and peaceful room, there is a games room downstairs, where there is lots of fun to be had, or when you need to work there is the study. We are very proud of the family home that we have created over the years. Our family have loved living here and having now 'flown the nest' the house is just too big for us! Everything we have done here has been done well and to last, and the result we feel is of a very good quality, well finished house, for the next owner to move straight into. There is plenty of parking at the front, along with the double garage which is larger than average and the garden at the back is lovely and sunny. We certainly hope that the next owner will be every bit as happy here as we have been.
