" Having a vast array of local stores and a mainline train station only a short walk around the corner, make this spacious bungalow a fantastic place to live. Especially when you consider that the A2/M2 and M20/M26 motorway links are all just a short drive away.

Walk into this bungalow and you will be pleasantly surprised at just how much space there is. The 17’ lounge creates a fantastic room for the family to relax while the separate dining room provides that all important social space for entertaining family and friends.
There is plenty of room to accommodate the family with the three bedrooms, and having a bathroom and a separate shower room, means no more queues for the bathroom in the mornings!
Step outside and you will enter the well thought out landscaped garden with its patio terrace, a great place to sit and enjoy a drink on those long summer nights.
Sounds good? Well don’t forget the detached garage and ample off road parking and you have got a bungalow that has to be well worth you taking a look at as soon as you can!

What the Owner says:

It’s only the pull of moving to the coast that is making us want to move, we have very much enjoyed living here and think that the location is fantastic. The village shops in Longfield are second to none and having the Waitrose there as well is so convenient not to mention having the station within walking distance which gets you to London in just half an hour. The bungalow is very comfortable to live in and although we use a separate dining room it could always be used as an extra (4th) bedroom giving more space for larger families.
