The current owners, over the past years have maintained the property to a good neutral standard throughout. The property itself, has had a small extension to the rear providing an enlarged Kitchen downstairs and a larger bedroom upstairs. The living room is a lovely sized room at the front of this home and benefits from the bay window at the front of the house and also leads onto the dining room. The kitchen is a perfect size for the chef of the house to cook for the family, while were in the summer months, why not eat outside, the rear garden is a tremendous size yet feels very private as it is not overlooked. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Down the driveway you will find a detached rear garage, yes you can actually fit a car in this one! Otherwise its great for a bit of additional storage and is already fitted with power and lighting.
