Due to the size, if the property was extended to the ground floor at the rear, the garden would still retain a nice size lawn whilst adding to an already spacious home. A conservatory would look lovely off the dining room.Internally the two receptions have potential to knock into a through lounge or even open the dining room up to the kitchen. This would create a lovely size kitchen diner overlooking the rear garden and would give the house a greater feeling of space. The perfect place for entertaining guests.Welling High Street and train station are a comfortable distance away for when transport or shopping essentials are needed. There is also bus transportation running along Upper Wickham Lane if you ever need to get into Welling or Plumstead without walking. 15 years has flown by, I remember our viewing and the feeling we had when we saw how big the rooms were. Nothing else compared and with our plans to start a family, we knew we would need space.I worked in London and the walk to the station was soul destroying. When we moved here it was a God send to be able to get up that bit later as the station is so close. Counting those few more sheep always helps!The house needed work but it was the only way we could get a property the size we needed and it also gave us something to get our teeth into. A move further into Kent to be nearer family is the only reason for our move.
