" Country Living means different things to different people. For some, it would be about being away from the hustle and bustle of the usual rat race and giving themselves a better quality of life and for others, it would the lure of being part of a real community that would appeal.Nestled in amongst the glorious Kent Countryside with its ever changing scenery, is the quiet hamlet of Luddesdown. A small and very popular rural village with 2 charming pubs to choose from. This area is ideal in many ways, not only do you get to escape to a peaceful part of Kent and whilst it is rural, you are also going to love its convenience. Access to the A2/M2 is only a few minutes drive and the mainline train stations at either nearby Sole Street or Ebbsfleet International help to take the stress out of the usual commute to work. The property on offer is somewhat deceiving from the roadside and is bigger than it looks. As you can see from our floor plan, the home is ideally suited to a family with free flowing accommodation on the ground floor allowing everybody to spread their wings without all being on top of one another. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, en suite and family bathroom.Whilst the nearby countryside gives you an endless playground, this home does have its very own and private landscaped garden which is of a size more than adequate for any family.

What the Owner says:

The area where we live has been such a terrific place to bring up our children and we have made some great friends within the village. There has always been the feeling of a close knit community that we have experienced, whether it be at the local school, annual Summer Fayre or just simply popping into the local for a drink.Anyone coming into the home will hopefully find a great size house that they can enjoy for years to come with a super garden to match.
