" Built just 16 years ago on a 1/3 of an acre plot this house has been carefully designed to make the most of it`s beautiful setting whilst providing an amazing family home. Patio doors, two windows to the rear and both the window and side lights beside the solid oak front door simply flood the 28ft living room with light; making it feel even bigger! Even though there is a separate dining room, there`s plenty of room for a dining table in here if you would prefer to have a study because there certainly wont be any work getting done in this room; you just can`t help but stare out of the window at the beautiful 175ft garden and once you`ve opened up the patio doors, you`ll have trouble deciding whether to sit up on the decked area in the shade or swing on the love seat in the sunshine.

The hand crafted maple kitchen boasts all the built-in appliances you need as well as a Butler sink and so much cupboard space you`re going to have trouble filling it, and that`s before we start on the utility room. This handy space has doors to both the front and rear so if you come in muddy you don`t have to walk through the living room and if you the kids want to go out on their bikes then they just come from back garden to front with minimal mess.
