We purchased this property from new in 2005 as we liked to style of the house, the spacious rooms and the excellent build quality. The location was ideal for our family as the schools that we had chosen were within easy reach and the house is in a very safe, quiet location for our children to play. I work in London so ease of commuting was important and now with the Ebbsfleet link it is just 17 minutes to Kings Cross. We are very close to Shorne County Park, Jeskins Park and Bluewater Shopping Centre with its great variety of restaurants. We have extremely nice neighbours and consider the area a very nice place to live. We are marketing our home due to our change in priorities.
