" This house has been designed for the expanding family. If you need more room then this could be the house for you. All the bedrooms are of a good size and the owners have added a shower room to help with the morning rush.The owners have been very happy here for over 20 years and, if you know the area, you will appreciate why. There are good local schools and shops, whilst the town centre and train station are just five minutes away, either by car or by the regular buses that run nearby.
There are even allotments behind for the green fingered, and a small playing field ideal for the kids to meet their friends to enjoy a kick about. The house is well presented and, in recent years, the owners have had double glazed windows fitted and replaced the bathroom with a brilliant white suite.

This has been a great house to raise our family. Just after we moved in we extended the house to create another two bedrooms and a shower room, a bigger kitchen and have also added a study.We also built an oversized garage which is big enough to park the car and offers excellent storage. We love this area, everything you need is nearby and there is a lovely outlook over the allotments to the rear.
