" Houses like this one do not come up For Sale every week..... you have probably noticed this yourself and as such this house in West Dartford is sure to create a buzz of excitement among house hunters.The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 reception rooms and the current owners have added a lovely conservatory which is the full width of the property. This helps to provide lots of living space and a chance to enjoy the garden all year round. The garden itself has been landscaped and is relatively easy to maintain and a very good size. The location speaks for itself as it is just off Shepherds Lane. (For those unfamiliar with this area this is where 2 of the most coveted schools in Kent are located and there are 2 excellent primary schools nearby too).The location is also incredibly handy for access to the motorway network or the Town Centre. There are 2 train stations nearby, 1 is in Dartford and the other is even closer at Crayford. This station is more popular with commuters as it is considerably cheaper than travelling from Dartford.

There are lots of reasons why this has been such a fantastic home to own and why we have chosen to stay for nearly 25 years. Firstly the location is so convenient for travelling with my work. I can be on the motorway heading in either direction within 5 minutes and there are local amenities such as schools and shops right on our doorstep. We have always enjoyed the garden and have added a large conservatory to the house which allows us to enjoy the garden even when it is raining. We have made other improvements such as new facias and soffets, a new porch and totally rewired in 2008 and have even had the roof overhauled.
