" Set in a convenient location with rail links, supermarkets and a town centre. This property offers space and convenience in abundance.

The main living space downstairs offers excellent room size and flexibility. The large kitchen is a real positive as it offers a second reception room for an alternative use.

LIVING ROOM Set centrally to the property, this really good sized room is the focal point of the home and gives direct access to the kitchen and dining room and from there the rest of the property. The excellent size and layout means furniture can be positioned in a variety of ways. The storage that is deceptively positioned under the stairs in the corner of the room isn‘t noticed until the door is opened giving excellent facilities

DINING ROOM This good sized space is set to the front of the property. Due to the sheer size of the kitchen, which could also be used a dining area, this well located room could have a number of uses. The outlook to the front of the property brings in an abundance of light that fills the room. The meter cupboard is conveniently hidden again in the corner of the room.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM Set to the back of the property, this massive room has a lot of potential and gives access to the bathroom at the rear. This long room really gives options to whether to use this as the main dining space instead of the front room. The row of cabinets offers excellent storage and an abundance of preparation space. The boiler is conveniently hidden in the corner of the room.

BATHROOM This is set to the rear of the property on the ground floor. The good sized room has all the facilities needed including a bath with overhanging shower, WC and sink.
