" Completed in 1971, this well built detached family house occupies a quiet position in a much favoured residential area where properties attract considerable market interest when they become available for rental. There is a very good primary school on nearby Riddings Lane whilst excellent secondary schools are less than a mile away. The location is also close to the village church and other local amenities including day-to-day shops and a mainline railway station offering connections to Liverpool and Crewe. Hartford itself is about 3 miles from Northwich, 17 miles from Chester and just 20 miles from Manchester Airport.

The house has been fully renovated with new flooring, decoration throughout and bathrooms.
