" Situated in a quite hamlet a short distance from Tarporley, this pre-war semi-detached property requires some improvement, and offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a home in this attractive location. Tiverton is situated about a mile from the quaint village of Tarporley, renowned for its historic High Street, and situated approximately 12 miles from Chester.
