" This is a spacious 3/4 bedroom detached barn conversion on the edge of the pretty village of Aston. The village has the awarding winning Bhurtpore Inn pub, village shop, church and is in the catchment area for Brine Leas School. The accommodation comprises of:- reception hallway with bespoke wooden staircase leading to the first foor, large sitting room

(which could be used as guest 4th bedroom ), kitchen with white goods, double fridge and double freezer, gas Aga cooker, standard cooker for the summer months, wine cooler and dishwasher. There is a large seating area with gas fire and TV point over, a seperate dining room which could also be a second recepition room. A large utility room with coat cupboard and plumbing for washing machine and tumble dryer leds to a small hall with wc off. There is a room currently used as a gym with full length mirrors running the length of the wall which could also be used as an office. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms( one of which could be a study with built in bookcase) and a large bathroom with seperate bath and shower. All the rooms on the ground floor have windows onto the enclosed private court yard. On the first floor there is a lovely reception room taking advantage of the lovely views over the Cheshire countryside and the master bedroom with walkin wardrobe and en suite shower room. Outside there are extensive mature gardens including an all weather tennis court. There are two single garages and a carport and extensive parking.
