" Tucked away in a quiet spot on the outskirts of Nantwich this 1 bedroom flat is ideal for a single occupant or couple. There is off road parking a garage suitable as storage and an enclosed garden all for your exclusive use. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with separate storage and meter cupboards and stairs leading to the first floor. To the front is a small office, and the master bedroom with built in wardrobes and 1930s working fire place. To the rear aspect is the living room with another 30s' fire place, off the living room is the kitchen with walk in pantry. A cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine will be left in the property but will not be replaced after they come to the end of their working life. The bathroom has a white suite including a shower over the bath and shower screen.
