GENERAL Badgers Sett is an impressive barn conversion located in the hamlet of Little Twycross. The barn was converted with considerable style some twelve years ago and has flexible accommodation which briefly comprises: magnificent sitting room, dining room and breakfast kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite and a guest bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms. Outside there are mature landscaped gardens laid out to take full advantage of the Southerly views towards Twycross and Twycross Church. LOCATION Little Twycross lies in some of Leicestershires prettiest countryside. It is close to the world famous Twycross Zoo and Twycross private school. The historic town of Market Bosworth is closeby where there are an excellent range of amenities. There are some interesting shops and restaurants overlooking the market place and an unusually extensive range of amenities for a town of this size. Market Bosworth is home to the famous Dixie Grammar School, together with a high school and primary school. There is a country park and water park on the edge of the town. Sport is well catered for with the Rugby Club, bowls club and a new golf course. Twycross is convenient for the M42 with both airports Birmingham and East Midlands being easily accessible. The property is also convenient for access to cities such as Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester. DIRECTIONS Proceed out of Market Bosworth along Station Road (B585). On reaching the t junction on the A444 turn right towards Twycross. In Twycross village at the mini roundabout take a right hand turn.
