Stratford upon Avon is internationally famous through being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and attracts almost four million visitors a year who come to see its rich variety of historic buildings. Stratford is also a prosperous riverside market town with fine restaurants and inns, a good choice of public and private schools and excellent sporting and recreational amenities. An excellent opportunity to acquire this traditional three bedroom property in need of refurbishment and with space to the side for extension if required, subject to the usual planning permissions being obtained. The property occupies an extremely good sized plot, is set well back from the road and is approached over a shingle driveway with lawned foregarden having neatly manicured box hedging.
