" Avondale is a most attractive Grade II listed four bedroom character village house with a large garden to the rear.

Stratford upon Avon is an attractive town set on a pleasant meandering stretch of the River Avon; a market town dating back to medieval times and famed throughout the world as the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Aside from its theatrical heritage, the town is an attractive and historic location in its own right, Stratford has a wide variety of choice from local tea rooms and restaurants to cruising on the River. Welford on Avon is a popular riverside village some four miles to the south west of Stratford upon Avon. It is particularly well served by its own local amenities including a Junior School, Parish Church, Shop, Post Office and Butcher's Shop as well as three Public Houses. It is also ideally located for easy access to the Cotswolds with Chipping Campden some 20 minutes drive away and a daily commuter service to and from London Marylebone from Stratford upon Avon. Avondale is a superb Grade II listed period village property located on the popular Church Street. The house has several period features including exposed beams and inglenook fireplace.
