Stratford upon Avon Is internationally famous through being the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre and attracts almost four million visitors a year who come to see its rich variety of historic buildings. Stratford is also a prosperous riverside market town with fine restaurants and inns, a good choice of public and private schools and excellent sporting and recreational amenities. The property is situated in the highly desirable Old Town area of Stratford upon Avon in a conservation area of character town properties.

Number 47 West Street is beautifully presented and retains many original features. The rooms are particularly light and bright with the evening sun setting at the rear of the property.
