" Situated just off the Foss Way, a short drive from the centre of Leamington Spa, Foss way Wharf Farm is a large gated house with plenty of parking and outdoor storage. There are three fully tanked stable type out houses ideal for storage and a secured garage. Over looking the canal, a fabulous place to live.
There are three entrances for the property all within the gated compound. On the ground floor there is a large, modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, island and 7 burner stove with other integrated appliances. There is a separate utility room complete with washing machine and storage. The kitchen leads into the dining room, a good size with a feature fire place. The lounge is of a fabulous size, with sliding doors leading out into the garden area.
Upstairs there is a magnificent family bathroom with his and her sinks, large bath with a shower, tiled floor and walls sets a modern tone to the room. The master bedroom is extremely large, a Juliette balcony allows you to look out over the canal. This bedroom has a separate en suite and a dressing room with built in storage.
