" Gerona, was built in 1962 and is situated in the quiet village of Grandborough in Church Street, in the shadow of St Peter s Church. The property at present offers three bedrooms, kitchen, shower room and lounge/dining room. There is a large utility room and a double garage and ample scope for further extension subject to planning permission. The property also offers the provision of double glazed windows to all main rooms and oil fired central heating to radiators, whilst here are solar panels that heat the hot water. The village is conveniently located in between Rugby and Daventry and access to the national motorway network via the M45 or M1 is within a few minutes drive.

Accomadation Summary The entrance hall is entered via double glazed entrance doors and has a stripped floor, radiator heating and doors leading to all 3 bedrooms, Lounge/Diner, Shower room and kitchen.
