GENERAL 106 Main Street Congerstone is a delightful period cottage of immense character located opposite the war memorial in the highly regarded village of Congerstone. The cottage was formerly owned by the Gopsall Estate and most probably dates from the 19th century. The cottage does now require substantial modernisation but there is considerable potential to improve and further develop the property, subject to it being practical and the usual local authority consents. Double gates open onto a drive which leads to the single garage. There are various vegetable borders which have been gardened over many years and are therefore extremely productive.
