" Come and step inside this modern detached home! You enter the home through a light open hallway which takes to you to the bedrooms, shower room and lounge, with master bedroom on the first floor. The 24'2 (7.37m) lounge is a great central area for the family, and continues into the 20'8 (6.3m) kitchen/diner and 10'3 (3.13m) conservatory. The home is ideally located close to Westwood Cross shopping centre, the QEQM Hospital, main bus routes and the out-of-town super markets. It is also a short drive to three Thanet towns; Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate, which offer some of the best beaches in the South East. In our opinion, the property has been carefully maintained by Mrs Jones and her daughters and they have enjoyed the amount of space it offers, especially now with the welcome addition of grandchildren. They have always used the low maintenance rear garden in the summer months for BBQs and entertaining friends, and we feel the home is best suited for a family or couple looking for plenty of living space and a low maintenance rear garden. This property must be viewed to be fully appreciated - Call us today to avoid disappointment!

We moved into this home after a long search and it was the space and location that really attracted us to it. We have a large family, who visit regularly with my grandchildren, and we often take them up to Westwood Cross and the local beaches. This home was great for my children when they were younger, as they could catch the Thanet Loop from the bus stop at the end of the road to visit their friends in the surrounding towns. I will be sad to leave this home, but I simply do not need this amount of space anymore.
