Outside, it looks like a typical Victorian house, but inside, it has a warm and modern feel.The property is built for family living and you will have no queues for the bathroom, as there is a WC and wash hand basin on the top floor, an en suite and family bathroom on the first, plus a shower room on the ground floor. You had best get used to a squabble free morning!It does not end there, with a lounge/diner and kitchen/breakfast room, so you will not be tripping over each other. No matter how big your family is, they will always be able to find their own private space.Outside, you have a lovely enclosed rear garden, but the real bonus is having off-street parking to the front. So after a long day at work, you will not have to drive round looking for a parking space. There is a local shop literally across the road, so you can pop over on a Sunday and buy your paper, milk and bacon, then enjoy a relaxing day in your beautiful home.

After looking at lots of properties in the area, this one stood out for us because we could see the huge amount of potential it had. It has been a great family home for us, and we have not left a stone unturned when bringing this house back to its former glory. The space comes in really handy when all the family come to visit, and the amount of bathrooms and shower rooms, means they can all have their own.The area is great with the beaches and parks, and there is much more to come in the future with the Turner Centre, Dreamland, and the expansion of Westwood Cross. We will be sad to loose our great neighbours, but it is time for us to find something smaller.
