" Welcome to Westgate on Sea and a wonderful coastal retirement treat! For this 3 bedroom detached bungalow is set just metres away from Westgate's sandy beaches and it's quirky canopied parade of high street shops are just along the road.
The bungalow itself sits on a large plot surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and has some fantastic living space inside. There is a great size living room with open gas fire, which will be ideal to snuggle up infront of when winter draws in. This leads out to a nice conservatory overlooking more of the garden, which can be quite a suntrap in the summer months.
Venturing further into this lovely home and you will find a specially made kitchen with ample cupboard space, just perfect for any budding Jaimie Oliver!
There are 2 great size double bedrooms along with a good size 3rd and also leading off the hallway is the family bathroom and separate wc, which is great for when guests come to visit. Outside, and apart from the lovely garden there is a large shed with plenty of space for storing and access to the garage which could be used as a workshop just for "him"! if need be. With all of this on offer, if you're looking for what is sure to be retirement bliss by the sea, then this must be top of your viewing list!

When we were looking to move into the area some years ago, possibly the biggest attraction for us was the location. We do not think we could have found a better spot because we have everything we need within a quick walk.We loved the look of the bungalow and although it needed some work and attention internally, we were prepared to take that on knowing that it was everything we wanted. Over the years we have completely redecorated our home, added a new kitchen, rewired and landscaped the garden. We will be sad to leave our wonderful home but the call of family means the time has come to make our final move to be closer to them.
