" Equidistant to both the seafront and the Victorian canopied shops in Westgate on Sea, this family home really does cry out Location...Location...Location! The owner has told us that this house was built for them in 1977 as their dream family home. Fast forwarding 34 years the family have all flown the nest and it is someone elses turn to make their dreams a reality.
The lounge diner is a great social area, being L-shaped it means that you have the feel of open plan living but also the benefit of a designated area away from the TV. With patio doors from the dining area if it did start to rain whilst you were having a BBQ you can easily move back inside with minimal interruption. (We don’t recommend bringing the BBQ itself inside though). You will find the kitchen to the rear of the house and that all important downstairs wc.
On the first floor there are 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 of which have built in wardrobes .The loft is accessed via a ladder, for when you have run out of space in the wardrobes. Finally on this level there is a family bathroom and a separate toilet. The house could now do with some cosmetic improvements throughout, but what a cracking family home you could make this once your own mark has been put firmly on it.

What the Owner says:

My husband and I were so excited to watch our home being built from the ground upwards. We even had a say in the layout which was great because it meant we could chose a great flow to the reception space and watch our growing children enjoy themselves both inside and outside. Having moved here from a bungalow I was delighted to make so many friends so very quickly. I would chat with people over the garden hedge. With the shops and the sea both close by, this really has been our ideal home and I am confident that the next owner will be as happy raising their family here as we were.
