" Location has to be one of the most important things when looking for an apartment, is it close enough to local shops? Am i within walking distance of transport links? These are just some of the considerations that the current vendor had to bear in mind when she was looking for a home in the area.That is partly some of the reasons why , when the owner viewed this apartment, she knew straight away that this was the one for her! As not only is it set within a few short minutes walk of Westgate on sea’s village high street – which has a real mixture of quirky old fashioned village shops along with some more recognisable names – but also has access to transport links right on your doorstep. Add the fact that Westgate seafront’s sandy award winning beaches are only a further short walk from the village and you may start thinking to yourself that this all sounds too good to be true!All of this and we haven’t even begun to mention the apartment itself! Which has been modernly decorated throughout and has a new fitted kitchen and bathroom, leaving you with nothing to do apart from unpack and decide where your furniture is going!! With a parking space and separate garden area to keep you occupied what more could you wish for?

When I was first looking to move from the hustle and bustle of Beckenham some time ago, one of the main attractions to this area was that I could get so much more for my money in such a great location!The apartment was ready to move into, with everything I needed on my doorstep. I knew this was the right apartment for me the moment I walked through the door, there was nothing for me to do to it, I could just simply move my belongings in. I have made a few decorative changes to my home, along with adding some of my own touches to the garden space. I will certainly miss the apartment when I go, but I feel the time is right now to move that bit closer to my friends and family.
