" Oh what a joy! To find a detached bungalow in good condition, close to all local amenties, 3 double bedrooms and a low maintenance sunny rear garden that has far reaching views over the fields.
The list goes on... there is a garage with an electric door (it is actually large enough to get the family car into). A conservatory with leads onto the garden for that gin and tonic you promised yourself after a hard day spent on the beach. The bathroom has a lovely modern feel to it, with a whirlpool shower bath and built in storage units.
With all the amenities of Westgate on Sea close by we challenge you to find fault with this retirement opportunity.

We bought this bungalow as we did not want to have our retirement blighted by potential repair costs in our new home. We felt that this would offer us the low maintenance lifestyle that we were looking for and free us up to do all the things we had promised ourselves during our working years. We love the fact that our bungalow is on a private road with only 2 bungalows on the road. We can walk to the local pub in 2 minutes and to the shops in Westgate in 5 minutes. The icing on the cake is watching the squirrels play in the fields at the back of our garden.
