" A substantial Edwardian House with 8 bedrooms over 4 floors. This fabulous property benefits everything a large family home should have. Lots of space, a large garden and plenty of off road parking. To the rear the garden is approximately 150ft and has a timber Swiss style chalet. To the side is hardstanding behind gates that lead to a double garage. The house benefits, gas fired central heating, double glazed windows, a kitchen fitted in 2010, a choice of bathrooms, and no arguments about who gets the little bedroom, because there isn't one. The property is located on the Canterbury Road in Westgate as is perfectly positioned for the local Primary Schools at St Saviours and St Crispins. Secondary Schools include The Ursuline and Hartsdown Technology School. Once coined as "Mayfair by the Sea" Westgate has evolved over the years and a row of Victorian canopied shops can still be found along the High Street, which include a supermarket, chemist, bakery, deli, Indian Restaurant and Fish and Chip Shop. There is also a Public House, Cafes, Cinema and Mainline Railway Station. The local Secondary and Primary schools have a good reputation and the Beaches and Coastline of Westgate are both award winning and stunning.
