" What a great start to your climb up the property ladder this home is. In fact with three bedrooms it should be quite a long time before you have to worry yourself about moving again. You will be able to enjoy peace of mind for your children as it is on a quiet cul de sac location and this peace of mind will also extend to ongoing maintenance as the property is not an old house. The kitchen has a built in hob and oven (so no having to use your savings for a cooker!) The lounge is bright, airy and leads out to a good size conservatory. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms and a generous sized single room. The bathroom is great for family practicality purposes - it has a bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside the garden is really pretty and low maintenance. With a garden deck which shouts out "please use me for BBQ's" you will no doubt be waiting impatiently for Spring to come along. The surrounding area is very good for schooling and transport links so all in all this is a great first time purchase.

What the Owner says:

When I bought this house it felt like I had viewed over 100 (although that was probably not the case). I loved the location and was thinking about how safe it would be for children once I settled down and had a family.
The conservatory and garden have many happy memories of entertaining friends and family.
I did not want to have to move again in the short term, so having 3 bedrooms meant that I did not have to worry about that.
If it were not for the fact that my employer is transferring me to a position abroad I would not be selling me home.
