" It's all about location and size when you are looking for your next home, so as luck would have it, this house has both!Welcome to Westgate on Sea, home to Victorian splendour, blue flag beaches, quaint canopied shops and a park on your door step! With the train station also within a ten minute walk and an hour and a half journey into Central London.You will find this great family home in Reculvers Road which is just perfectly placed for schooling with schools close by to accommodate for all ages.This three bedroom home has a great feel to it that flows from room to room. The spacious lounge/dining room offers not only space for a dining table for family meals but also a good sized seating area big enough for when friends come to call. There is an extended modern kitchen over looking the sunny rear garden. Upstairs you will find two good sized double bedrooms and a single. With the added bonus of a converted loft room which makes the perfect hideaway for the kids to do their homework in or a great games room for them to entertain their friends. What more could you want from a family home?

When we moved here over 20 years ago we wanted to be in a nice central area and also needed a home with plenty of living space. We knew our house was the one for us as soon as we walked in, although it needed some work, the fact that it was a period home with solid walls was really appealing. The location is just perfect for us as it is a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to the schools and for us, transport links for work. There is a beach and park close by for the kids and a good selection of shops within a short walk from our home. If we did not have to move for work we wouldn't dream of leaving our cosy family home as we have loved the time we have spent here.
