" Wow, what a gem this is! Situated in one of the most popular areas of Birchington and it is immaculate. What a perfect proposition this is for a couple looking to retire to the seaside and have nothing to do other than unpack and put the kettle on.Once you have settled in your new home you can have fun exploring the surrounding area. The village is just a short stroll away and offers everything you can possibly need for day to day living along with a variety of speciality shops for when you want to treat yourself.Less than a five minute drive will take you to Quex Park which hosts summer concerts, has beautiful grounds to walk around, a butchers and a garden centre….and the list goes on. Fancy a day on the beach? Again you will spoilt for choice on which one you pick. There are many sandy beaches within a five-ten minute drive.Once back home the garden makes for a fabulous sunny and bright area to show off your BBQ skills!

When we moved here we were sure that this was going to be our final home. We have spared no expense on updating this bungalow into the warm and modern home that it is now. The location is great, it takes us less than three minutes to walk into the village and it is also really handy to jump into the car and drive to Canterbury.The bungalow is a really good size with a sunny and secluded rear garden. As we are both sun worshippers it was really important to find a home with garden that worked for us. If it were not for the fact that all of our friends now live distance away we would not be moving.
