" This deceptively spacious detached house sits on a generous plot and is impressive both internally and externally, with five double bedrooms and a pool house which has an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna. The living room is a great size with large windows and sliding doors leading to the conservatory, allowing in plenty of natural light. The kitchen / breakfast room comes fitted with an integrated eye level double oven and microwave, gas hob with extractor over, space for a freestanding fridge freezer and has a breakfast bar area. The large conservatory provides enough space for a table, chairs and sofa. There is a separate dining room to the front of the property and a downstairs cloakroom. To the first floor are four double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has the added benefit of having an en suite with shower cubicle and wash basin. Birchington on Sea is situated 13.5 miles to the East of Canterbury. This seaside village is home to the popular Minnis Bay as well as three smaller bays.
