" Bring on the summer… you will be crying out when you imagine the fun that can be had in the outdoor swimming pool when the sun has put his hat on. The current owners have had many happy years inviting friends and family for a cooling dip.
Inside the house there are 2 receptions, both of which look out over the rear garden. One of the receptions has access into the conservatory where you can still enjoy looking out over the garden in the cooler months. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, an en-suite to the master and a fabulous family shower room complete with jets and a watering can style shower head. The master bedroom also has a balcony so that you can enjoy those spectacular views of both the sea and the nearby golf course.
With the sea just round the corner and the village shops within an easy walk, this really is a great house for entertaining, enjoying the outdoors and of course the boring necessity of shopping. The rear garden has been enclosed by walls so that you enjoy the retained heat in the garden well into the evening.

We picked up the sales particulars for this house and went to view it the same day. Even though the house needed a lot of internal refurbishment, we knew straight away that this would be our new home. The swimming pool won us over and we could imagine how happy all of the family would be splashing around in the summer. With the family now all grown up and flown the nest, we have realised that we really need a smaller property. Over the years and as and when we had the money we have updated the property to suit our own taste and requirements. If only we could cut the house in half there would be no need to move on.
