" This fantastic 2 double bedroom terraced home would make either an ideal first time buy or if you're maybe looking for something to invest in, a great buy to let.
Set in the quiet cul de sac of Anvil Close this wonderful home has been well cared for by the current owners who have fully redecorated their home from top to bottom. There is a good sized lounge dining room with plenty of space to sit the family round a table to have a meal and there is a nice modern kitchen next door to cook it in! Then upstairs there are 2 good sized double bedrooms to choose from and you can't help but get that warm homely feeling as soon as you walk through the door.
Everything you could need is right on your doorstep and within a very short walk you are right in the heart of BIrchington village and all it's got to offer, from a selection of family run shops to the train station offering commuting links to a variety of destinations and also local schools all within reach.
The sandy beaches of Minnis Bay are also about a quarter of an hour walk or five minute drive away, giving you some great family days out in the summer months, or a walk with the dog anytime of the year. We knew as soon as we walked through the door of our home that it was the right one for us as it ticked all our boxes straight away! We wanted a house with good living space and two good size double bedrooms and a manageable garden. We also wanted to be close to the shops and within a 15 minute walk of the beach at Minnis Bay. We have redecorated our home and have been very happy in our time here, but with the recent arrival of our baby we feel the time is right to move on.
