" This property is only 0.4 miles to Beltinge seafront and yet still has the advantage of being just 1.5 miles to Herne Bay High Street where there are lots of amenities including shops, restaurants, a swimming pool and a cinema. Off the entrance hall is the light, open plan downstairs living space. The kitchen is located at the front of the property and is fitted with wall and base units with space and plumbing for both a washing machine and a slim line dishwasher. There is also space for a freestanding cooker and a fridge freezer. Through to the back of the property is the spacious living/dining room. The living room includes a door that leads out to the rear garden. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, both overlooking the rear garden. Completing the first floor there is a family bathroom comprising of a white suite with a shower over the bath.
