" Tyndale Park has always been regarded as a road of stature with quality properties and superbly positioned just out of town but only a short walk from the High Street, sea front and bus route. Not only is this adorable bungalow positioned in a sought after location, but its complete renovation throughout stands it above the rest.Purchased over 3 years ago from a family member. The current owners planned from day one to not only bring the property into the 21st Century but to make it "one of a kind" with no expense spared.Starting with the "pitch pine" parquet flooring in the generous entrance hall and dining room. The new windows, doors and a complete rewire took place in 2007, plastering to all walls and ceilings, new central heating system and these are only some of the things this unique property has benefited from. Please remember for some of the works done here there will still be warranties in place which adds to giving that peace of mind.All rooms are of a great size and the real attention to detail can only be appreciated on visiting.
