" A delightfully presented semi-detached bungalow in an enviable position with easy access to the town centre, railway station and seafront and general amenities. The property offers well-proportioned accommodation including a sitting room to the front, two bedrooms, kitchen and attractively fitted bathroom. The bungalow benefits from gas fired central heating via a combination boiler in the loft and double glazed windows & doors. The rear garden is beautifully maintained with shingled area having borders and lawn with mature borders and beds. Further shingle area to the side with bamboos and grasses.
