" This fantastic, four double bedroom property is one of a kind. It was built approximately 100 years ago and there have only been two owners, so it is clear this will make a great home for many years to come for the next family. This house has an abundance of spacious living accommodation downstairs including a generously sized living room filled with light due to its quadruple aspect windows and it has feature beams and an open fireplace with a rustic railway sleeper mantle. Leading off from the living room is a room which would make be a good study or playroom. The kitchen, is a wide galley style with plenty of modern units and workspace, an integrated double oven, gas hob with extractor hood and space for other appliances including a tall fridge freezer. There is a utility room that leads off from the kitchen where there is more workspace, plumbing for a washing machine, a butler sink and access to outside. The formal dining room is sizable with plenty of room for a family sized table and chairs and has double doors that lead out to the rear garden.
